Jorge and Gail‘s primary ministry continues to be the formation of Bible expositors on a variety of fronts. The “escuelitas” (mini preaching schools)—where pastors as well as lay people receive training and mentoring over a three–year cycle—continue to thrive and multiply in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, Cuba and Central America, with initiatives bearing fruit in Brazil and Uruguay.
